We will explore interventions that:

  1. help address family blocks and challenges
  2. work with the family system, atmosphere and dynamics
  3. help families and children explore and navigate power dynamics
  4. transform challenging and disturbing behavior
  5. access children’s playful and meaningful wisdom

The two-day seminar will be held in English and Italian, and is aimed:

  • parents who want to learn more about their family dynamics and promote change
  • practitioners, students and educators who work with children and families and would like to add the tools of Process Work to their toolbox.

Based on the pioneering work of Dr. Arnold Mindell, Process Work with children and families reveals the wisdom that each problem already holds and brings a spirit of playfulness and curiosity to the work.

The Italian School of Processwork promotes the culture and methodology of Deep Democracy and Process Work, founded by Arnold Mindell, a Jungian physicist and psychotherapist. Process Work enriches subjective experience with the supra-individual dimension, exploring the social, cultural and political dynamics that emerge in groups and interactions. Founded in 2015, the school provides a program of online and in-person seminars for experiential and theoretical study on facilitating relational, creative, organizational and developmental processes.
